Senior Technical Content Writer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Content Writer to lead the creation and management of bilingual digital content across customer facing platforms and service journeys. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional writing skills, UX content expertise, and a deep understanding of localization and government communication standards.

• Manage the end to end development, review, and maintenance of bilingual (Arabic/English) digital content.
• Create clear, concise, and user friendly UX micro copy, including notifications, alerts, error messages, field labels, instructions, and service guidance.
