At least 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation and Absence Management
- 8+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM techno/functional testing and production support (inclusive good understanding ITIL process)
- 3+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or technical support experience
- Strong experience with HCM Extract, BI Reports and OTBI
- Strong experience within HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet loader
