About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to lead our optical interconnect project in Credo Ottawa. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary R&D; teams and develop detailed Gantt charts to guide the project from initial technical path development through down-selection to high-volume production. This role involves aligning priorities across teams, managing timelines and deliverables, cultivating internal and external partnerships, and assessing risk profiles at both the component and system levels to drive a clear and actionable execution plan.
