Location: Spain, Full Time, Remote. Reports to Senior Manager EMEA. The role involves leading enterprise technical initiatives across global teams ensuring structured execution and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex initiatives across IT, Engineering, and enterprise business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Atlassian products).
• Lead and support initiatives including OKR framework implementation, M&A integrations, enterprise system redesigns, rollout of new enterprise tools, and cross‑system integrations.
• Partner closely with engineers, architects, and security teams during system implementations, integrations, and migrations.
• Facilitate structured discussions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical decisions.
