As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, conducting interviews, and hiring qualified candidates for our company. This position requires expertise in hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and other non-tech roles, along with strong proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Attraction
   • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent.
   • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
   • Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
