About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on and technically skilled After‑Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing top‑tier technical support, troubleshooting, and training for our cutting‑edge LED display solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Repair: Handle online and on‑site troubleshooting for LED displays. Conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.
  • Project Execution: Perform on‑site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.
  • Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting. Maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.
