+ Provide expert technical training and education to employees, sales teams, and customers to ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic's Structural Heart products and to support improved patient care.
+ Deliver technical support through troubleshooting, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance.
+ Support sales efforts by supplying technical data, conducting presentations, and assisting with customer engagement.
+ Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams, and healthcare professionals to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless communication.
