Senior Training Manager

Develop and Manage Abbott Nutrition's training organization and structure. Strategically align all training and development initiatives to support Division's goals, growth and business strategies.

Key Areas of Accountability

• Provide strategic directions for the planning, design, development and implementation of all training and development initiatives..
• Manage onboarding and orientation of newly recruited and newly promoted Abbott Nutrition employees. Lead process to identify most suitable training & learning management system, design and implement core curriculum and need‑based programs to meet division needs.
• Collaborate with various leaders to determine training needs, manage performance gaps, provide training solutions and promote utilization of training services to meet the overall goals of the team.
