**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and drive surface quarry and underground mine planning, design, and sequencing to optimize safety, production, and cost efficiency
+ Analyze geological data and develop models to support extraction strategies and long-term resource planning
+ Drive mine planning and continuous improvement initiatives across drilling, blasting, ventilation, and ground control practices for both underground and surface operations
+ Lead investigations into fall-of-ground and other reportable mine incidents, determining root causes, recommending mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards
