Senior Ux Visual Designer

**Roles and Responsibilities**In this role, you will:- Develop visual language studies that explore multiple approaches to the overall aesthetic of a product, with regard to brand and experience values and underlying product capability and behavior- Work with interaction designers and user interface developers to design the visual aspects of product user interfaces- Creates visual design specifications and documentation that provide detailed instructions for developers regarding typography, spacing, color and other aspects of a product's user interface- Creates multiple variations to a single design component to explore how different treatments meet design requirements and brand/experience goals- Explains and defends design decisions to other members of the project team including developers, product managers, marketers and other designers- Constructively participates in critiques of own design ideas and those of others- Designs new components to contribute to design systems, documen...
