One of Critical Mass' clients is looking for a Senior UX Writer who is exceptional at driving the direction of content and creating cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. Our team works across the client's transactional projects, touching everything from complex user flows to micro copy. As a Senior UX Writer, your portfolio showcases content that improves the overall user experience. To achieve this, you've collaborated with a variety of disciplines, including user experience, design, product, engineering, etc. Working with each, you have created cohesive language and a unified voice across products and platforms.
