Server Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Plan server or rack layouts, arrange for server mounting, and oversee the installation of server operating systems Perform daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, manage break-fix and resolve issues related to server and other hardware Maintain and update internal systems data such as Asset Management, Ticketing, and Rack Elevation Collaborate with remote vendors to address and resolve hardware failures and issues Provide on-call support, addressing and resolving issues raised by business owners or stakeholders in a timely and effective manner Collect and verify online asset data Submit, track, and manage the RMA process and oversee media destruction processes Diagnose and resolve server network connectivity issues Manage server lifecycle activities Perform other server operations-related duties as required
