Are you a people-person with a knack for organization and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Look no further – Go Auto is on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Concierge!
Responsibilities:
Perform walk around and check in vehicles in CDK
Re-locate customer vehicles around the lot
Check in loaner vehicle returns, clean and gas them as required
Help with lot manager and staff when required. 
Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences. 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
