Key Responsibilities

Meal Coordination

• Manage ordering, delivery, and storage of meals in line with demand and supplier agreements
• Adjust meal services based on client needs
• Review menu cycles and ensure cost effectiveness

Volunteer Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate volunteers across delivery locations
• Manage daily rosters for meal delivery, kitchen duties, and client support
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to volunteers
• Maintain positive team engagement and address any performance concerns

Client Services

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
• Manage referrals, assess client needs, and coordinate service commencement
• Conduct client onboarding and ensure understanding of services
