Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to assist in the reimaging and support of devices across clinical environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with imaging tools, Active Directory, SCCM, and backup utilities, while effectively communicating with end users to schedule and execute support tasks.Key Responsibilities:Perform device imaging using PXE boot processes both on-site and remotely.
Coordinate and schedule reimaging sessions with multiple users across clinical areas.
Move and manage computer objects within Active Directory as part of the imaging process.
Work flexible hours based on clinical area availability (no overtime required).
Backup and restore user data utilizing an in-house backup tool prior to reimaging.
