LOCATION : GURGAON JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION :Managing one or more customerserviceorservice deskfunctions. Delivering customerservicethrough multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated. Requirements Graduation is a must. (Only BCA, Btech, Bsc (IT or Computer Sc), Bcom (Computer App)) Must have excellent Oral & Verbal communication Skill.
