Service Engineer
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate who can demonstrate strong technical capability and relevant industry experience
About the Role
Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist in mechanised irrigation and water management. They are looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to support installation, servicing, and maintenance of irrigation systems. This is a practical role with a mix of workshop and field-based work-not repetitive maintenance.
You will work on large-scale irrigation equipment, including:
Irrigation booms and hose reels
Pumps and pumping systems
Hydraulic systems
Diesel-driven equipment
Electrical control systems, automation, sensors, and controlsThe role involves diagnosing faults, testing, and problem-solving on equipment both in the workshop and at customer sites. You'll work closely with customers, su...
