This position ensures optimal performance of all in-house and customer-deployed equipment through expert repair, calibration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the Service Engineer supports distributors with warranty services and knowledge sharing, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Instrument Repair & Maintenance
Perform in-house repairs and maintenance of instruments.

Ensure all COE instruments are in optimal working condition.

Offer warranty support to distributor instruments and arrange RMA.

Share technical knowledge with distributors and engineers.
