Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel cleaning robots at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation and commissioning of solar cleaning robots at site
• Handle preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM)
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure proper robot performance and functionality
• Coordinate with design, production, and support teams for issue resolution
• Provide on-site training to customer/operator teams
• Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
• Ensure timely closure of service tickets/complaints
• Support remote troubleshooting when required
