Service Engineer

Key Responsibility: Responsible for repair and calibration of electronic measuring instruments (Tektronix/Keithley/EA), by analyzing and identifying instrument failures, performing repair/ calibration/adjustment process. Ensure on time deliver the instruments to customers of high quality. Maintain high-quality and efficient communication with customers, fully understand customer needs, provide customers with high quality products and services, and continue to improve customer satisfaction. Manage equipment/fixture/tool management through using Tektrace /MET TEAM or offline management software, initiate calibration and repair requirements, propose analysis and solutions for OOT (Out of Tolerance) equipment, and ensure the equipment in effective working condition.
