As a Service Engineer Trainee, you will join our customer service organization and embark on a development journey designed to build your technical expertise within one of our healthcare technologies. You will support service activities through remote troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical assistance while completing the required certification pathway and expanding your responsibilities also to customer-facing Field Service Engineer activities.
Your role
Support customers by assisting in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to Philips healthcare systems and solutions.
