Service Engineer

Service Engineer – PAYS / Mumbai

CTC Range: ₹4–5 LPA

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical (OEM/Automation preferred)

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate AMC revenue.
2. Attend AMC/CMC requests as per customer requirements.
3. Ensure timely response to AMC & breakdown calls, maintaining 100% machine uptime.
4. Collect and share competitor information regularly.
5. Ensure all supplied equipment is covered under AMC.
6. Maintain records of maintenance tasks performed on machines & equipment.
7. Keep customer complaints register updated at regular intervals.
8. Communicate with clients/customers to identify technical servicing needs.
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with high service standards.
10. Language proficiency required: Regional language & English.
