Requirement

• To observes and evaluates workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
• To issue daily tasks to workshop staff and ensure that tasks are completed in timely and professional manner.
• To assist in overseeing the fiscal discipline of the department.
• To ensure that all staff have clear and understanding of what is required in job profiles and related responsibilities.
• To monitor and analysis of workshop tools and equipments requirements.
• To ensure that any tools and equipment used should always be in good working order.
• To ensure accurate completion of Machine Repair Record.
• To check all workshop equipment have been serviced and repaired.
