Service Sales Support Representative

What you’ll do:
The Service Sales Support Representative is primarily responsible for supporting the sales of assigned services to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. This role aims to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth by effectively managing sales leads and opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. By serving as an escalation point and collaborating with various teams, the Service Sales Support Representative ensures timely and effective customer service, optimizes the install base, and drives continuous improvement in sales processes.
Additionally, this position involves providing product and service selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, IT channels, distributors, and resellers within the designated territory.
