Role Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 Responsible for installation and maintenance of NDT equipment.
 Responsible for calibrating and general admin (import/export documents) needs of both the NDT and Prüftechnik equipment.
 Provide outstanding customer interaction onsite and remotely to successfully resolve customer problems.
 Responsible for the installation, adaption, and configuration of hardware and software systems
 Deliver high-level technical support for both colleagues and customers.
 Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of systems and NDT equipment
 Analysing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the mechanical and software requirements of a given project.
 Liaising with other engineers and customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
