Service Technician

About the Role

Field‑based: Work is conducted on‑site at customer locations. The role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at the customer’s location. The technician performs scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.

The position repairs mechanical and electro‑mechanical components of productive and non‑productive equipment and machinery, including making, repairing, adapting and/or adjusting parts and components as required, using cutting‑edge software and technology, a variety of hand‑tools, and following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
