Service Technician Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT This varied and busy role will involve routine and reactive repair as well as general maintenance of the building and its assets. As the Service Technician Supervisor you will support the Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer in ensuring the smooth operation of all engineering functions including hotel systems, plant and equipment, team management, sub-contractors and maintenance of property structure and assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES **People** + Coordinate the Service Technician roster to ensure projects and maintenance tasks are completed timely and to a high standard + Carry out assigned tasks by management, including physical duties such as; lifting and transporting furniture and other equipment, climbing ladders, working in enclosed areas and pushing trolleys. + Comply with all systems, procedures and company policies + Be pro-active in developing your individual skills.
