Job title : Service Now Architect Permanent. Experience: 10 Locations : Pune, Chennai & Indore (Hybrid) & North Indian candidates (Remote) What will your role look like: ● Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform. ● Drive end-to-end solution design across Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). ● Architect scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. ● Provide technical leadership for custom development, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow application development. ● Design modern user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Next Experience framework. ● Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance for development teams. ● Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to tra...
