Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow development. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and third-party integrations. Knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, UI Builder, and Portal development. Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, security, ACLs, and update sets.
