Scope Of Work:
• Lead design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow IRM applications from APAC • Customize IRM Workspaces for risk managers, compliance officers, and auditors to provide a modern, intuitive user experience • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions following ServiceNow best practices • Build and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and Flow Designer flows for IRM processes • Configure entities, profiles, indicators, scoring methodologies, control attestations, and risk assessments • Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for compliance, risk, and audit stakeholders • Provide hands on technology leadership.
