ServiceNow Program Lead

What the lead / PM do:

• Own project delivery across the full lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, and closure
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout delivery
• Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and risks across concurrent workstreams
• Produce and maintain project documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external and partner teams on complex, multi-party engagements

what the potential candidate brings:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow delivery
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at both operational and senior levels
