ServiceNow Solution Architect

Position Description We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Architect for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

Developing complex ServiceNow enhancements, new modules, and catalog solutions.

Advanced troubleshooting for ServiceNow security issues, break/fix scenarios, and architectural solutioning.

ServiceNow upgrade management, including pre-upgrade analysis, instance cloning, contingency planning, and production deployment.

Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to customer administrators and business solution owners.

Conduct Quality Assurance testing to validate all development work against documented user stories before release for UAT.

Qualifications

Advanced technical expertise in ServiceNow modules.

Strong verbal and written communicator with background in consulting.
