ServiceNow Solutions Architect

SFI is searching for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who will lead the overall design and development of the ServiceNow platform. They will provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development team members. They will support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow feature set. Additionally, they will work with Agile/SAFe software development experts to develop and implement technology capabilities which meaningfully improve the customers business outcomes.

Please note, this role offers a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote with the understanding that on-site presence may be required to support client needs.
