BESIX Watpac is seeking a Services Engineer to plan and coordinate design and on-site engineering activities of building services to achieve project time and budget objectives.
This role will be responsible for:
Participate in the design management of building services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire) to ensure that the emerging documentation meets the required specification cost budgets and program for construction and installation.
Coordinate building services engineering consultants and subcontractors where appointed.
In conjunction with the Contracts Administrator identify applicable cost savings and assist with product selection and problem solving to achieve best value for money.
Review all documentation for adequacy of design input.
Progressively monitor the production of workshop drawings and as built documents.
