Sessional Instructor, Practical Nursing

Position Summary

Applications are invited from qualified individuals to instruct in the Practical Nursing Diploma program at North Island College. This instructional assignment, up to 35%, involves teaching the lab course PNS 116: Integrated Nursing Practice 1 to a cohort of PN students via face‑to‑face delivery at the Comox Valley NIC at St. Joe’s campus. The successful candidate will implement creative strategies for preparing and delivering lab activities, provide documentation and follow‑up on student concerns, and manage conflict. The schedule for this assignment will be flexible to meet program needs.
