The Alarms and Masking Specialist acts as the Subject Matter Expert of different monitoring platforms. The specialist is responsible for more complex masking related concerns. Actively participates in the development and continuous improvement of Masking Quality Standards and identifying issues in our services.

The goal is to make sure that the customer value is maintained by ensuring that our final products meet our organization’s standards across the board.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and implement efficient alarm setup for new sites. Identify threats, risks, and site vulnerability to be able to effectively identify the region of interest of each camera.
