Job Summary

The Settlement Officer is responsible for the processing and settlement of financial transactions and corresponding corporate actions including but not limited to maturities, coupon/interest, cash dividend payment for all investments of Trust Group accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Settle corporate action for offshore securities
• Monitor and announce all corporate action events from various custodians
• Send out letters to the clients
• Process CA election to partner custodians based on the clients’ confirmed participation
