Position Purpose & Summary

Set‑up of production equipment and molds, cycle in presses, and instruct shift personnel in operations of the equipment. All samplings/testings/DOE’s are coordinated and compiled.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Set‑up molds in presses, remove molds in presses.
• Start up and cycle production equipment, ensuring equipment is properly adjusted to produce acceptable parts within production standards established by the company. Periodically check quality of parts produced.
• Identify problems affecting the production of acceptable parts and make required adjustments to equipment.
• Communicate vital information to oncoming shift and all affected departments.
• Log process and press changes, and fill out all other required paperwork in a timely manner.
