Our customer currently operates a SharePoint on-premise environment (SharePoint Subscription Edition - SSE) that supports document management, collaboration, and business workflows across multiple teams. This platform is considered critical to our customer's day-to-day operations.

As part of its digital transformation strategy, the organization aims to transition to Microsoft 365 to leverage cloud capabilities, improve user experience, and align with modern collaboration standards.
