Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Shawarma Chef responsible for preparing high-quality shawarma and related menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent taste, proper food preparation, hygiene standards, and excellent presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook shawarma (chicken and/or meat) according to company recipes and standards.
• Marinate, slice, and grill meat using proper techniques.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times.
• Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
• Assist in managing stock and reporting shortages.
• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.
