SHE Regional Manager (multiple locations)

What You´ll Do
Support the Regional SHE Head in executing the regional SHE strategy and changing agenda.
Implement global and regional SHE processes, standards, and programs at site level.
Ensure consistent application of SHE management systems across assigned sites.
Monitor compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory SHE requirements.
Identify local SHE risks and improvement opportunities, escalating systemic issues to the Regional SHE Head.
Lead site SHE audits, inspections, and assessments; track corrective actions to closure.
Provide SHE input to site projects, ensuring risk management and compliance are embedded.
Champion SHE culture initiatives through training, awareness, and communication.
Act as primary SHE contact for site leadership, employees, contractors, and external authorities.
Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, including root cause analysis.
