Role Description

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair, replace & rebuild aircraft structures (. wings and fuselage) of varying degrees of difficulty, using hand tools, power tools, machines and equipment (. shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun and drills);
Apply required expertise in conducting structural repairs & modifications and apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems;
Read and interpret manufacturers' & airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components;
Perform damage assessment for engineering;
Work closely with the team leader to ensure that the work is performed according to schedule;
Ensure that the work is performed according to the quality standards, policies and procedures of Skyservice and the applicable regulations ...
