Responsibilities:
Assigning shift workers in production according to priorities at the production boilers, mixers and rollers
Monitoring strict compliance with all specifications from the product run cards and the associated specification documents
Independent production and filling of greases, oils and pastes in manual, semi-automatic and automatic boiler and mixing systems
Administrative tasks such as SAP feedback in the PP module
Issuing work orders to the individual specialist departments
Collaborating on projects and taking on special tasks
Managing and motivating employees and building a high-performing team
Planning holiday leave
Knowledge transfer and further training for all shift workers
