Shift Manager

The ATS Sorting Center Shift Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and staff of a designated shift within a single Amazon Sorting Center facility. This position requires a deep understanding of sortation processes, safety protocols, and workforce management to ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe execution of sorting activities throughout the shift. The Shift Manager will collaborate with the Sorting Center Site Manager and cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows, address operational challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
