Working hours: Three shift systems. Days, Nights & Afters

A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and driven Shift Manager to lead operations at its site. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with a strong production background to take ownership of shift performance, drive operational efficiencies, and lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards.
