Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee production activities during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring smooth production flow, monitoring VMC machining operations, coordinating shift activities, and maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Supervise and coordinate all production activities during assigned shifts.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily and monthly plans.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with production planning teams to ensure timely execution of schedules.
Minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production flow.
