Shift Supervisor (Fleet Operations)

Job Description

As CC Shift Supervisor, you lead the entire Command Center during your shift. You ensure RPH performance, safety oversight, escalation handling, and coordination with Transport and Marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of CC output.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CC Ops Specialists – Driver Support, CC Ops Specialists - Compliance, and ERT during the shift
• Oversee RPH uplift and driver utilisation in real time
• Manage high-risk escalations, behavioural flags, and incidents
• Ensure fairness, accuracy, and consistency in decisions
• Validate escalations before sending to Transport
• Approve or reject CC reports and behaviour flags
• Conduct shift briefings and end-of-shift reports
• Manage communication with Ops TL and Marketing
• Ensure safety alerts and compliance reviews are executed
