Responsible for night shift operations for industrial gas turbine component repairs; leading a team of technicians across multiple process areas. Accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost and emergency response.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Oversee night shift operations of incoming inspection, chemical stripping, thermal spraying and heat treatment.
+ Conduct toolbox and daily management system (DMS) meetings covering safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC).
+ Manage shift manpower deployment and attendance; escalate issues via MyAndon or other established channels.
+ Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements including emergency response, incident investigation and reporting.
+ Ensure full compliance with quality requirements; enforce the standard work, following work instructions and quality forms.
