Shipment Execution Specialist

**Job Purpose and Impact**

The Shipment Execution Specialist is responsible for:

**Key Accountabilities**

**Shipment Planning**

+ In consultation with the Transport Manager, determine the best approved carrier for executing certain commodity contract in accordance with the distance covered and the freight rate. Contact Cargill approved carriers in order to confirm availability and capacity for individual shipments.
+ Coordinate, develop and plan execution strategies to enable cheapest cost to serve.
+ Provides all necessary shipment information to freight carrier. Receive and record confirmation that carrier has accepted each shipment.
