Thompson Construction Group has an immediate opening for a Shop Labourer based out of our Spruce Grove operations centre. This position supports the day-to-day upkeep of the shop and yard and assists with general labour tasks to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
This role is well suited for individuals looking for hands-on work in a shop and yard environment and may be a good starting point for those interested in the construction or heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the shop and yard, including picking up debris and garbage

Perform seasonal yard maintenance such as snow removal and lawn mowing

Assist with general shop and yard organization
